Exciting new services!

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & Hypnotherapy are two fantastic new additions to my business!

There are so many people, especially at this time, that suffer from some form of mental illness. This is not a derogatory term! We need to except that in these times there is a lot for people to worry about, and this can have knock-on effects on the rest of their lives. Mental health does not only affect the mind, it affects the body, the spirit, the friends, family, every part of the sufferers lives!

With CBT I aim to teach my clients how to be their own therapist, so an external source will no longer be needed. We all have the capability of changing our own lives, and I aim to give my clients the strength and the tools to believe and implement this change.

Hypnotherapy can be used within CBT, but is also a stand-alone amazing therapy! Any thought or behaviour that can be learned, can be un-learned! The monumental changes our minds are capable of are easy to achieve, with the right help and direction.

Hello to you and welcome to my Tarot & Healing website. My name is Sarah-Louise Dip AH and I have been interested in all things spiritual all my life. I recently decided to offer my services on the worldwide web.

The services I offer include Tarot readings & Oracle Card readings. I am also a Reiki Master & offer Crystal Reiki, Distance Reiki & Animal Reiki.

If you are interested in Tarot or Oracle Card readings, these are both available in person, by telephone or email, or via Skype.

All healing is offered in person or a distance session will be just as effective.
